Lawrence J. Chastang, CPA, TEP specializes in international taxation, assisting clients ranging from small entrepreneurs to major multi-national subsidiaries with their individual and corporate work. He advises on a wide range of domestic and international tax issues with clients that include multinational corporations, partnerships, and entrepreneurs, as well as foreign persons investing in the United States. Having served international clients for more than 35 years, he has developed strong business ties in the international community. He is acknowledged as one of Florida’s leading experts in international business and taxation and is fluent in Spanish and French.
Frank Morera
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Frank G. Morera, CPA, TEP specializes in international taxation and advises individuals, trusts, estates, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies on a wide range of international and domestic tax matters. Throughout his career, Frank has collaborated and worked with many accomplished international tax attorneys to bring taxpayers into compliance through IRS voluntary disclosure programs. Frank was a tax principal in one of the top 10 accounting firm in the country where he spent almost thirteen years. Prior to joining Chastang & Partners, LLC, Frank was a tax director at a wealth management firm where he specialized in high net worth individuals and closely held businesses tax planning and compliance. Frank is fluent in Spanish.
Laura Plotner

Laura Plotner, CPA has more than 25 years of experience in public and private accounting, providing tax compliance and consulting services on a full range of tax issues. Her experience includes working with multi-state issues, international tax services, and public/SEC clients. She specializes in organizational and transactional planning related to state, local, and international matters. Laura’s extensive international expertise includes both inbound and outbound transactions and structural planning.
